LIHI offers de-escalation training to our staff, however de-escalation skills are a must on day one of employment for the majority of our positions.
Though LIHI exists because we believe that Housing is a Human Right, we also operate as a business. This means that managers will have to make hard decisions like evictions when other options have been exhausted. Please be aware that our managers will almost all have to make choices like this.
