We try to schedule interviews with candidates to be in-person as much as possible. This allows our candidates to see what the site that they will work at (or similar) are like. This allows our candidates to know up front what the site will feel and look like to work an entire shift. No one should be surprised on their first day with what the work site is like.
In the event that we are unable to do an in-person interview, we will do a virtual interview. These are usually through Google Meets. Please plan to log in to the meeting a little before to test your audio, microphone and internet and ensure that you are in a quiet place, if possible, so that your interviewer(s) can hear you and your answers clearly.
