LIHI has two main types of Case Managers:

Supportive Services Case Managers - These Case Managers work solely in our properties and they assist clients/tenants with retaining housing and provide other kinds of stabilization support.
Enhanced Shelter Case Managers - These case managers function similar to housing navigators and are working with program participants to get them IDs, housing and employment.
